Using modern equipment and employing experienced staff allows us to quickly and accurately finish the majority of jobs in-house.
Trimming is performed on a Guillotine, and accuracy is achieved with the help of an in-line paper jogger.
Folding is achieved on a Heidelberg Stahl-Folder which is capable of handling most paper folds, including cross-folding. This machine can also be used to crease or perforate sheets when required.
Our Booklet-Maker can stitch, fold and trim booklets to the desired size. Touch screen technology allows 5 minute set-up times, and adjustments during the run to decrease ‘down time’ and also reducing waste. This versatile machine can also be used as a 20 station collator.
Wiro-Binding, Hand-Stitching, Hand Creasing, Round Cornering and Calendar Making facilities form the Hand-Finishing part of the department.
